Brisbane, Australia – 8 June 2022
Today, as reported by Eastern Polymer Group, parent company of Aeroklas Asia Pacific Group Pty Ltd to the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), Aeroklas has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in 4 Way Suspension Products Pty Ltd. The transaction is subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions prior to the completion date, which Aeroklas reasonably expects to be satisfied in the coming weeks.
4 Way Suspension Products is the owner of the popular “Tough Dog 4WD Suspension” brand that design, manufacture and distribute shock absorbers, coil springs, leaf springs and other accessories specifically designed for the four-wheel drive and SUV markets.
Aeroklas will make further announcements about the deal as soon as early July 2022. The completion of this transaction will not impact the delivery of products or services of either of business involved in this potential transaction.
